Got drenched again last night!
Good news is that my trainers seemed to be okay. No blisters or bruised toes.
We ran the Frostbite route which is 5 miles. I ran with Ron again, and we had a good pace going. Not too pushy but enough to make me feel like I had worked!

This Blog started out as a record of my efforts to compete in the Gt Eastern Half Marathon 2006. Since then I entered but had to withdraw from Flora London Marathon 2008 due to injury. After having to take months off to recover I am now ready and willing to become a runner again!

Glad to know your running is going well! I'm itching to be back to regular running. 5 miles sounds like a good distance! Keep it up! :)
