A bit dull this morning - no sign of the sun yet. But, for me, great running weather.
Met with Rhona at 8.00 am and we ran along the path by the train track taking us into Castor Heights and then along the road into the back of Ferry Meadows. We then carried on round the lake and through the nature reserve.
Great weather for running and a chance for us to catch up on our news!
