Considering I had run a long run on Tuesday evening, I wasn't aching too much on Wednesday.
I got up early on Thursday and went to the gym. The weather wasn't too great so I decided to go on the Treadmill, also I was a bit short on time.
So, I did 25 minutes on the treadmill and then 10-15 minutes swimming.
This Blog started out as a record of my efforts to compete in the Gt Eastern Half Marathon 2006. Since then I entered but had to withdraw from Flora London Marathon 2008 due to injury. After having to take months off to recover I am now ready and willing to become a runner again!
